Our DME Specialist will work with you to asses your needs and ensure you have the medical supplies and equipment that are right for you.
You do not need to be an enrolled Hayat Pharmacy patient to receive this service. A consultation fee of $40 applies to appointments outside of the City of Milwaukee and North Shore areas.
