In-home consultations are offered Monday – Friday at no cost for patients located in:
- City of Milwaukee
- Shorewood
- Whitefish Bay
- Glendale
- Fox Point
- River Hills
- Bayside
An in-home consultation fee of $40 applies to visits outside of these areas.
